Automated
Credit Transcript
Request
The
automated credit transcript request process is free of charge.
Students may only request credit transcripts using this process.
After clearing any restrictions and successfully submitting your
request, your academic transcript(s) will be forwarded to the
college(s) of your choice or to your address on record with the
college. Transcripts are always sent to other colleges electronically
if electronic transmission service is available; all other transcripts
are mailed through the regular US Mail.

Step
1 - Check Restrictions
Your
transcript will not be released if there are any active restrictions
on your student record. If you have attended a Lone Star college
after January 26, 2001, you can check for restrictions using MyRecords
Online Resources. Simply click on the StarGazer Online Resources
link, log in, and follow the path students, advising profile,
restrictions. Students attending before January 2001 must call
one of the phone numbers listed below.
Restrictions
with a severity level of 1, 3 or 4 will prevent the processing
of your automated request. These restrictions must be cleared
before proceeding to the submission screen. Use the main point
of contact for a Lone Star College and ask to be transferred to
the respective office which controls the restriction(s) in order
to determine what action(s) needs to be taken to clear it/them
prior to submitting your request.
